Pepperidge Farm Pastry Puff Sheets
Any brand is fine

granulated sugar
2/3
cup
cream cheese
1
tbsp
flour
1
egg
Or 3 tbsp dairy free milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out thawed pastry sheets. You can put them back in the refrigerator or add a little flour if they are sticky.
Use a heart cookie cutter to cut pastry sheets into hearts.
Using a knife, cut a smaller heart shape inside the heart, but don’t cut all the way through.
Mix the cream cheese, flour, and sugar.
Spoon or pipe the cream cheese filling to assemble the pastry on top of the smaller heart shape.
Top with slices of strawberry.
Using egg or dairy-free milk, brush the outside of the pastry to help with browning.
Sprinkle the pastry with a bit of sugar.
Notes
You can reroll leftover dough if needed to make more hearts.
